Step one

The means

The one weapon that is not hidden in the grid is the murder weapon. In Case 0, that is the ATLAS.

The victim's name crosses exactly one place. That place is the scene. In Case 0, DANA crosses the BACKROOM.

The killer

Some names are spelled backwards: those people are lying. The backwards name at the scene did it. SANOJ is JONAS in reverse.
